Temporary Store Returns Policy Change
Dear Valued Customers, due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, for the safety of our customers and associates, we are temporarily suspending product returns.
We are taking this action due to the rapidly growing COVID 19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products once they leave the store.
We are working diligently to monitor this situation and to make changes where necessary to ensure a healthy environment for our customers and associates.
We hope this change will create a safer environment for our customers when purchasing items from our store.
We will continue to monitor guidance from state and local agencies and will notify you when the temporary suspension has been lifted.
Please note that if you are doing local pickup, you are welcome to do an inspection of your order. If there is a discrepancy or an issue, a refund can be issued at that time. Once you leave the NPS pickup areas, returns will not be permitted.
